We extend a warm invitation to all of you to participate in the prestigious 19th Annual Conference of Pediatric Cardiac Society of India (PCSI). It is being held this year from 14th to 16th September, 2018 by U.N. Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre in collaboration with PCSI at Ahmedabad, the first Heritage City of India.

Management of Congenital heart diseases with optimal outcomes remains a medico-financial challenge in south Asia. We have hence chosen “redefining care” as the theme of the event of the year. 

 

The conference will have didactic lectures, symposiums, panel discussions, debates and live demonstrations/ workshops on various heart diseases in children that are shaping the future ways to address the challenges. Many among them are management of heart failure, Rossprocedures,Ross Konno procedure, Fetal 3D/4D Echocardiography, Aortic root surgery.Some of the world renowned surgeons and cardiologists are gracing the occasion and it is an excellent opportunity to interact with them and not to be missed.Additionally we have free and award winning paper sessions, too. 

 

We also assure you the conference would not just be limited to all work and no play. The historic city of Ahmedabad offers unique opportunities for tourism and sight-seeing with its magnificent temples, striking mosques, interesting museums and the beautifully curated Riverfront. While in Ahmedabad, who would not want to visit the Sabarmati Ashram, abode of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhiji. There are some amazing world class golf courses like Kensville, Kalhaar and Gulmohar to choose for sports aficionados.
